Booking policy:
Lashgal enforces a non refundable deposit in regards to all training courses and treatments and cannot be used for an alternative slot other than the one booked.
Appointment time:
A time period of 10 minutes from the scheduled appointment time is allowed. Beyond this the appointment will automatically be cancelled, no refunds will be given.
On the day cancellations/ no shows:
No shows will require full payment before being booked back in.
On the day cancellations will require 50% of treatment price.
Bookings going forward will not be possible if non-payment for this is made.
Infills:
Scheduled infills 2-3 weeks require a minimum of 50% lash retention. Lash extensions 4 weeks and over will be a full set.
When confirming your appointment, you accept full responsibility for your personal aftercare. Failure to follow aftercare advice in relation to cleansing can result in risk of infections, lash mites and natural lash loss.
Unsatisfactory treatments:
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, kindly notify our team before leaving the salon.
Refund policy:
In regards to an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange for the same item, unless out of stock. In this case we would refund you. If you receive a damaged/ faulty item you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.
When returning, we always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and all items must be returned in their original packaging and should not be opened or tampered with by any means.
